Shipping and payment
Most pieces are made individually. Lead time includes making and is typically 2–3 weeks.
01Shipping within Russia
- We ship with CDEK at their published rates.
- Courier delivery within Moscow is quoted individually.
- Delivery to the regions is charged separately and depends on the address.
- Once the order is handed to the courier we send a tracking number and link.
02Oversized pieces and worldwide shipping
- Quoted individually, depending on the volume of the order and the destination.
- Fragile works travel in bespoke crating and are insured.
03Payment
- Purchases are made by enquiry: we confirm availability and issue an invoice.
- Payment by bank transfer or card against the invoice.
- Returns of items in perfect condition are accepted within 14 days, provided their presentation is intact.
